Some of our most memorable moments in life are brought forth while working with a group of people who share a common purpose--a team. Since the foundation of quality is teamwork, the purpose of this presentation is to explore ways to create more quality and success within teams.
This seminar focuses on participative leadership, shared responsibility, and creating a climate of trust and honest communication between team-members. To achieve this, each member must first recognize and develop their own finest attributes, and as well distinguish the characteristics of others in their team.
Teambuilding will provide an opportunity for participants to discover the nature of cognitive styles and their implications by taking the self-assessment instrument developed by Dr. Anthony Gregorc. This experiment will help team-members to develop or “unwrap” their own abilities while making them aware of possible reasons for conflict within all teams in which they participate.
